For the first time ever, Mess Hall unites Ramen heavyweights Erik Bruner-Yang from Toki Underground and Chef Katsuya Fukushima from Daikaya, cooking under the same roof in the spirit of collaboration. Ramen World also highlights some of the area’s hottest Asian culinary concepts. Tickets will sell out.
Go behind the scenes into Mess Halls newly constructed kitchens, where chefs will prepare your dishes LIVE for a truly interactive culinary experience. Your ticket includes an all-access pass to unlimited food and responsible drinking.
Craft Cocktails will be poured by the US Bartenders’ Guild’s superstars, and included in your ticket price.
A very limited number of VIP Ticket Packages are available. VIP’s gain 2pm entry which allows them an extra hour of food and drink before others arrive. More importantly, each VIP Package will receive a Mess Hall Producers’ Bag, filled with artisan items that are produced at Mess Hall, a $50+ value.
