Summer is hot, spring is humid, and fall is too short. But no season in DC teases us more than winter. While our friends to the north get glorious, school/work cancelling snow, we get rain.

2). Tying to decide what footwear this rain/slush calls for…
3). You know OPM isn’t going to delay work. But you just can’t get out of bed…
4). When your parents ask, “How are you preparing for the snow storm?”
5). When your friend texts you that OPM just tweeted the government is closed…
6). …then you go online and realize your friend is a dirty lying pirate hooker!
7). When your co-worker with children convinces your boss they have to leave early “just in case the weather gets worse”
8). Your mind playing tricks on you as you look at the rain…wait, is that a snow flake?!? No…no, it’s not.
