One of the best nights in DC is at Washingtonian’s AT&T Best of Washington party. The night is full of food, live music, and sample bites from more than 60 of Washingtonian’s 100 Very Best Restaurants and Best of Washington Survey Winners! This event benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Just with the purchase of a ticket you get to sample over 60 bites, specialty drinks and cocktails and desserts. This year, the Havana themed event included bright colors, lots of lights, and a great DJ. There were many other activities including photo booths, a dancing Geico gecko, a Stella Artois Chalice Engraving station and a silent auction.
The restaurants featured some of your classic favorite DC restaurants like Jaleo, Dukes Grocery, Sloppy Mama’s BBQ, Buredo, Estadio, Compass Rose and many more. Many new DC spots were included this year as well, such as Tiger Fork, Sababa, Maydan and Colada Shop.
