For its third consecutive year, VIDA invites Washingtonians to the Penthouse Pool Club (U Street location) to raise money for Augie’s Quest, a non-profit research initiative dedicating to finding a cure for ALS.

The fundraiser and cocktail party event will run from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and feature poolside plates from the Penthouse Pool Club’s new menu (check out Meghan’s piece on the 2017 menu) designed by longtime DC Chef Sean McIntosh. Notable menu items include the crab avocado tower and fresh veggie sushi, pictured below.

This year’s auction will feature hot ticket items, including a Kirk Cousins signed football, a round of golf at the Congressional Blue’s course, a pair of tickets to DC’s annual Bacon & Bourbon festival and gift cards to several DC restaurants.
