Lamb Jam 2018 Was Amazing – Don’t Miss Next Year!

Lamb Jam 2018 came through DC once again and was baaaaaaaaaaaaad-ass (too much?)! was there as one of the judges and everything was so good, this was a hard decision. The crowds in the main event didn’t miss out! Your ticket got you access to some seriously amazing Chefs, all you can eat plated samples, just like the judges received, of everything from lamb ribs to flat breads and more. Local breweries, specialty cocktails, and Peroni was on deck to provide caviar & beer – what a pairing!

Thanks Peroni!

Before we get to the official contestants, Chef Kwame, former Top Chef contestant on Bravo, and manning the helm at one of DC’s hottest new restaurants, Kith and Kin, was in the house slinging some EPIC Caribbean Jerk lamb ribs! If these were in the contest, no doubt we would have defiantly given these a perfect score!
