When we’re craving something hearty for brunch (and an outdoor patio when it’s warmer), we head to Saint Ex and indulge in these meaty brunch favorites.
All Natural Beef Brisket
Bourbon glazed tender chunks of beef brisket, 2 eggs over easy, and spicy cheddar hash browns round out this plate of complete awesomeness. The runny egg yolk and the hash browns are a perfect combination while the brisket is tender, salty, and filling.
Slow Roasted Pork Belly
Strips of fatty decident pork belly are rested on tomato and cheddar grits with salsa verde. Fried onion strips and perfectly poached eggs finish the plate. This is perfection on a brunch plate. The pork belly is amazing and the poached eggs provide a perfect gooey contrast to the pork.
