A good Reuben is hard to find. And the Reuben at Bobby Van’s Grill is hard to forget. The best thing about this sandwich is it’s simplicity. Perfectly toasted and not over buttered rye bread, with house sliced corned beef, swiss cheese, tangy cabbage with a hint of vinegar and their house made “Russian-style” dressing. Pass on the steak, no thanks on the burger, and grab this NY deli classic that will fill you up but not leave you lethargic. Oh….and since it’s not as expensive as the steak your client is having, that second beer is not a problem.
