26 Thoughts I Had During My Jrink Juice Cleanse

Surprisingly, I loved my first 3-day juice cleanse experience, and I really noticed the effect it had on my cravings. So, I opted to do another one with Jrink …and maybe achieve that summer bod I never quite managed for June.

The Cleanse: Jrink Immediate Reboot, 3-Days

The Juices: 18 total. 6 per day

  1. Fuel Me Up 2 – Spinach, Parsley, Cucumber, Broccoli, Green Apple, Ginger
  2. Clean Me Up 2 – Apple, Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric
  3. Wake Me Up – Turmeric, Orange, Carrot, Grapefruit, Ginger
  4. Fuel Me Up 1 – Kale, Romaine, Pear, Cucumber, Lemon, Ginger
  5. Pick Me Up 1 – Beet, Carrot, Apple, Orange, Lemon
  6. Hulk – Spinach, Kale, Raw Organic Raw Almonds, Dates, Cinnamon

On the second day of my cleanse, I kept a candid thought diary for your enjoyment. Enjoy.

8:30 a.m.

Why the hell are the juices in glass bottles. You want me to carry 6 of these around all day and they are glass??

Awe what a cute little JRINK tote. Carrying glass juice bottles just got much easier. 

8:45 a.m. – Chamomile tea and glass of water for breakfast

yum! hydration!

Can’t use Instagram to procrastinate getting ready for work anymore because I follow too many food accounts.

9:30 a.m. – Juice #1

Same with Facebook and Tasty vids.

1/18 bottles down. 

11:55 a.m. – Juice #2

Anotha one. (Khaled voice).

Chug Chug Chug! How is that only 1/3 of the bottle? 

Bottles are just too wide to comfortably hold. Mouth piece is just too big that I’m a little afraid every time I take a sip I’ll dump it on my shirt. 

12:25 p.m. 

Now what?

Didn’t realize how much I actually use eating as a way to pass the time.

How do I take a snack break?

I’d love nothing more than to chew something.

1:29 p.m.

*relief* Only 26 more minutes until the next juice.

Wonder which flavor this one will be.

2:00 p.m. – Juice #3

Juicy! It’s actually really refreshing though. 

*replies to friends’ instagram story* Where’d you go for lunch? I’m eating vicariously through you.

Omg my pee is so clear!

4:00 p.m. – Juice #4

Making lunch plans for Saturday & brunch plans for Sunday because I can’t wait to sink my teeth into food.

*texts friends* Mexican in Columbia Heights on Saturday. Red Apron for brunch on Sunday at 1, reservations have been made.

I’m so hydrated. I’ve never been THIS hydrated.

6:00 p.m. – Juice #5

Look at all this time I have now that I don’t have to cook dinner!

Now what….

Liquid dinner goes by so fast!

8:30 p.m. – Juice #6

Pee is still really clear. Kind of annoying to have to pee this much though. Probably really healthy though.

Realistically after this cleanse, I’m going to have a Jrinking problem…

TBH I’ve never been so fond of juice.
