VIDA Fitness‘ Fuel Bar, which is open to the public, is donating proceeds from smoothie sales to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund between September 1 and September 4. VIDA has created a new smoothie recipe for the cause. The Harvey Smoothie is made from raspberries, blueberries, banana, vanilla protein, ice & coconut water.
Other popular smoothies include the green machine and the VIDA punch. All of VIDA’s smoothie use fresh fruit and vegetables, and protein can be added (for no additional charge) to any smoothie.
VIDA’s Fuel Bars are located in the lobby on the first floor of each fitness center location. All Washingtonians are welcome to the fuel bar, which is open to the public all year round. A list of VIDA locations is below.
