Poké Papa DC serves Hawaiian inspired poké bowls and is the newest buzz on the block, the block of 806 H St NW, Washington, DC to be exact. This trendy deconstructed sushi lives up to the hype, and as a dietitian, I approve! If you’re trying Poké for the first time or indulging again, this is your place. They allow you to get creative and construct your own Poké bowl with several mouth-watering options and variations to pick from. You could also be like me and put your trust in Kerry Chao and his team by choosing one of their signature bowls, either way you won’t be disappointed. Their ingredients are fresh, high quality, unique, completely versatile, and not to mention, DELICIOUS. The staff will guide you through your options and provide you with helpful tips and alternatives to make your bowl as delicious as it can be. Despite my visit on a rainy dreary day, the atmosphere of the restaurant is lively and upbeat, especially with the help of this beautiful wall mural pictured above.
Check out their menu for all the tasty options.
