Flight Wine Bar in Chinatown has always been a tried and true favorite for their wine selection. Offering everything from delicious red blends to natural wines that are completely unprocessed aka the kombucha of wine. You can find absolutely anything! But in addition to their excellent wine program, here is a PSA not to sleep on their dinner menu.
Stand out dishes include the foie gras mousse that is served with peaches, the braised octopus, and the braised beef short ribs.
The short ribs are really a perfect choice for a wintry evening. Saddle up to the bar with that and a glass of Bordeaux and you will be all set for any Snowmageddon we may have.
The braised octopus was delicious as well. It was perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned with a garlic parmesan taste profile.
