Starting TODAY (3/5), Dacha will feature a new dinner menu in collaboration with 2017 RAMMYS Rising Culinary Star finalist Chef Sasha Felikson (Doi Moi). The menu has everything from classic beer garden treats like pretzels with dipping sauces, BBQ sliders, and the best veggier burger I’ve had in the DMV. For diners that want to explore a bit, the menu also features several authenic Eastern European dishes with fun and modern twists like “Golubtzi,” pronoucned Gah-Loob-tsee. It’s a stuffed cabbage roll with saffron rice and is absolutely delicious. The nod to some of these Russian deliacies come from the shared European heritage of Felikson as well as Dacha owners Dmitri Chekaldin and Ilya Alter.
The new additions are fun and different and bring a more elevated vibe to a place where folks may have gone before or after dinner. Now, Dacha is the spot for the main course. We got a sneak peak and got to taste some of what you’ll now be able to enjoy for dinner.

Oh and I hope you saved room because for the first time ever, Dacha is doing DESSERT!
Taking another page from mother Russia, “oreshki” (Russian for “nuts”) will be featured on the menu. These cookies have a crisp, golden exterior which hold a very creamy, caramely filling and are perfect for sharing!
I know, I know, you are going to have to wash down all this deliciousness with something. Four new breweries including Solace of Virginia and Union Brewery from Baltimore, as well as east coast craft winners Ommegang and Allagash, join the Dacha draft list. In more of a rosé all day kinda mood? This spring and summer, Dacha will be one of the few locations in D.C. to carry Bold Rock’s Rosé Cider.
ARE YOU PUMPED?! I know I am.
