Calling all cocktail lovers! It’s no secret that The Gibson is one of the best cocktail bars around, so hopefully you’ve already been there numerous time. It’s time to make your way back there again to try their new spring menu offerings. Plus, the patio is now open!
The new spring menu has over 10 new cocktails, and as always, the names are about as interesting as the drinks themselves!
“The Resolve” comes with pisco, kale syrup, lemon, lavender bitters and a garnish of kale that’s enough roughage for days.
Sherry is here to stay. The “Persephone” is a manzanilla sherry cocktail made with apricot liqueorm crème de violette and orange flower water. It’s as refreshing as it sounds, but that sherry is potent so make sure to be sipping! (featured in the main image)
Other favorites are the “Lust #1” with rye whiskey, orgeat, lemon and allspice – this one has a bit of a kick to it, but is perfect for the whiskey lovers.
With over 10 new cocktails, there is something new for everyone, alongside the full menu of classic cocktails that The Gibson already offers. I’ll see you on the shaded patio!
