A Reason to Cross the River: Evening Star Cafe

I’m going to keep this short simple: VIRGINIA IS NOT THAT FAR AWAY. Hop in an uber, grab a car, or metro across the river (heck you can even bike), and you will expand your dining options ten-fold…And then you will be disappointed that you didn’t do it sooner.

Of the places you must try, Evening Star is on top of the list. Situated in cozy Del Ray, this place just oozes adorable. I recently went for brunch, and had an awesome time. Fun twists on class drinks, comfy booths, and of course, some top notch food, made for a great meal. In the words of the Beastie Boys, Check-ch-check-check-check-ch-check it out.
