According to their press release:

Bottomless mimosas or Bloody Mary cocktails can be added to any entrée for a $14, but it’s not just the drinks that are bottomless at Olivia’s. For $10 diners can order bottomless stacks of the restaurant’s perfect pancakes, as large as the plate they come on. Opt for the traditional buttermilk, banana-granola, fruity blueberry, rich chocolate chip, or the decadent cinnamon bun pancakes with cream cheese icing drizzled on top, or as the staff calls them “pancakes on crack.” The restaurant also serves up Belgian waffles, which can be topped with any combination of strawberry, blueberry, Nutella, banana or bananas foster. Olivia’s offers pure Vermont maple syrup and homemade toppings. Other breakfast options include three different types of hash each topped with tow eggs: corned beef, chicken and apple sausage, and a chick pea-sweet potato for vegetarian brunchers.

For bottomless brunch, guests are not limited to breakfast but can order off the lunch and dinner menus which includes Olivia’s take on a BLT, Reuben, cheesesteak and other classics sandwiches as well as hearty entrees like Jackson’s Southern fried chicken served over mac n cheese, Shoo-Shoo’s meatloaf, and a massive turkey pot pie. Also on the menu: succulent, flavorful burgers. Using chuck, short rib and brisket cuts of naturally raised beef, Olivia’s chef prepares the patties on a cast iron skillet, sealing in the juices and preventing the flavor from leaking out while creating a crispy outer texture and caramelized beefy flavor.

This is a great new spot and a popular part of town, and this bottomless brunch should help them standout in the area. I mean, look at this burger! Yum! See you there…
