What is Ball on the Mall?
The National Mall is not just our event venue. It’s our cause. We are raising much-needed funds for the Campaign for the National Mall, dedicated to making the iconic National Mall more sustainable, beautiful and functional for generations to come.
The Ball on the Mall is an annual elite black-tie gala on Saturday, May 4th, held to raise money for funding, maintaining and repairing the National Mall, hosted by the Trust for the National Mall. The Trust for the National Mall is the official non-profit partner of the National Park Service dedicated to restoring and improving the National Mall.
Your VIP ticket will grant you access to an exclusive event in honor of the Fifth Anniversary of the Ball on the Mall. This year’s VIP Reception, beginning at 6:30pm, will bring together our most dedicated supporters for a dinner created especially for the Ball on the Mall by the chefs of five of Washington’s great restaurants. Valued at $350, you will have access to everything from local favorites to chef specialties, the Ball’s VIP dinner buffet will include dishes from some of the best culinary talent in Washington all prepared and presented with one of the most majestic backdrops in the world.
