Almond. Milk. Lattes. If these three words caught your attention, then this article is for you!
Having recently turned to almond milk and being in love with coffee I needed to find the places with the best almond milk lattes. After trying so many which were either too bitter or too sweet I’ve found for you the top 3 coffee shops that wowed us with their coffee (and latte art):
First place: Dolcezza
Locations: They have 8 locations, check them out here. My favorite location is the DuPont circle one that has a more intimate vibe with background art by local artists that changes every 3 months (go local art!).
Bonus: You’ll find there the best gelato in town and possibly the friendliest staff (especially at the DuPont location).
Second place: The Wydown
Bonus: They serve the BEST cinnamon buns only over the weekend and they sell out fast. So if you have a sweet tooth then definitely go early on the weekend and grab one or two..(we don’t judge). For our gluten-free friends they serve gluten-free brownies, orange-cranberry muffins, and granola (which are all super delicious).
Also, whoever manages the music playlist is awesome.
Third place: Grace St
Bonus: They share a space with South Block (smoothies and healthy stuff) and SUNdeVICH (sandwiches) so it’s a perfect spot to please a group with different cravings. There’s an indoor and outdoor seating and is super dog-friendly, watch out for the cutest husky who’s a regular over the weekends!
